WHO ARE WE ?
Our group has chosen to set up its shelling and roasting operations in two coffee-producing countries: Gabon where the roasted coffee is mainly distributed within the country and in a few countries of Equatorial Africa, and Cameroon where our industry has been granted ZFI status in Douala, and we export our production to other countries. We work only with coffee coming directly from the plantations, leading to the easy traceability of our coffee.
- Our shelling and grading factory, established according to international standards, produces high quality marketable coffee. After roasting, each batch is analysed and assorted by a high resolution optical colorimetrics machine (1/10th mm) and high speed treatment (150μs) thereby eliminating any light- coloured (unripe beans detectable only after roasting) or non-standard beans.
- The parameters we take into consideration in our standards are applied from the first day of the flowering coffee plants (February to April for Arabica), thereby allowing us to select the best plantations; then for the harvesting (October to December for Arabica, November to January for Robusta) and finally, on to each step of the transformation of the coffee.
- Our operations in Cameroon have given us the privilege of controlling the coffee from the flower to the cup. This puts us in a rare position in the world of coffee, and helps us to be quite demanding in order to better meet the needs of the consumers.
- For their happiness and yours, our engineers and technicians are constantly searching for a more flavourful and subtle aroma.
- Today our Arabica is exported in bulk to Gabon, and our Arabica and Robusta are exported to Senegal, Mali and South Africa where they are blended, packaged and distributed. This procedure allows each of our sales outlets to adapt to the demands of their local markets: stores, cafés, hotels, restaurants, groups such as armies or schools, by personalizing the blends, the grinds or the packaging. We will soon be operational in New York and Benin, and are working with coffee roasters and packaging agents in several countries in Eastern Europe.
